Buenos Aires, November 14, 2025 (NA) -- The Municipality of La Matanza issued a warning on Friday evening to residents of Virrey del Pino and surrounding areas following a shocking explosion at a chemical factory in the district of Ezeiza. According to Noticias Argentinas, in an official statement, the municipality advised the public to 'stay home and keep doors and windows closed'. The preventive measure aims to avoid possible respiratory issues or poisoning from smoke and fumes emanating from the stricken agrochemical plant. The Municipality also requested that residents 'only follow official information from the Municipality and emergency response teams'. Finally, they reminded that 'in case of any symptoms or emergency, they must call 107'.
